Getting started
Create a free draft, invite your colleagues and turn their messages into a digital book and printable PDF.
Log in and choose Make a memory book. Add a title, the recipient’s name and a retirement or farewell occasion. Pick a cover and, if you like, write an opening note from the team. Set the contribution deadline and its time zone.
In Collect, create a contribution link and send it through your usual team channels. Colleagues can add a name, a message and optional photos without an account or payment. Tell them the deadline and whether the book is a surprise. You send invitations yourself; the app does not track who has yet to reply.
Open Review to include or hide each contribution. In Arrange, choose the order and page layouts. New messages and contributor edits need your review before they appear in an export.
In Preview & export, generate a watermarked draft. Open the PDF and check the pages. When you’re ready, a one-time USD 19 payment unlocks the finished book without a watermark. Each book allows up to 50 contributors and 80 pages. Contributors never pay.
Generate a finished version after payment is confirmed. Download the PDF and create a private reading link for the recipient. Your free draft lasts 30 days from creation. After your first confirmed payment, you have 90 days to edit and seven more days to download finished files. Save a copy before online access ends.
