Files & access
Generate a PDF and web version, check the pages and create a private reading link. Save the final PDF before online access ends.
Include at least one contribution, then open Preview & export and choose Generate this version. Unpaid drafts produce a watermarked preview. After your one-time payment is confirmed, generate a finished version without the watermark. You can close the tab and come back while the export runs.
Messages are carried onto additional pages rather than cut off. If the book is too long, try another layout, use fewer photos or review long messages with their writers. Generate a new version after making changes.
When the files are ready, choose Download PDF or Open web version. Both contain the same saved version. Read every page, including long names, captions and special characters. If you plan to print, check a few pages on your printer first. You arrange printing, binding and delivery yourself.
For an unlocked finished version, create a reader link. You can allow PDF downloads when creating it. Creating a replacement reading link stops the previous one from working. The new link opens the version you chose; later edits require a new export and link.
Available versions can be downloaded again without another payment. New exports are available during the 90-day paid editing period. The next seven days are for downloading finished files only. Save the final PDF before that window closes; online hosting is not permanent.
