A book made from your team’s memories
An organizer can collect messages and photos, review and arrange contributions, and create a private digital book and downloadable PDF. Team Memory Book does not print, bind or ship books, collect group funds or generate memories on your behalf.
Accounts and permission
Organizers must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. If you act for a business or team, you must have permission to do so. Contributors can submit through an invitation link without creating an account. Use only content you have the right and permission to share.
Free drafts and one-time purchases
You can start a draft without a payment card and review a watermarked preview. The package costs USD 19 per book, with up to 50 contributors and 80 pages. Contributors do not pay. A purchase is a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The final amount, currency, capacity and access periods are shown before payment.
Access periods
The access periods are 30 days for a free draft and 90 days of editing from the first confirmed payment, followed by seven additional days to download available files. The contribution deadline is a separate organizer setting. An existing project keeps its accepted commercial policy unless the organizer explicitly accepts an available change. Payment and refunds
Stripe handles payment details. The service must confirm payment before a book unlocks; returning from checkout or receiving a bank authorization alone does not confirm it. The Refunds policy explains the 14-day refund window. A confirmed full refund ends online editing, downloads and reading-link access.
Your content and private links
You keep your rights in your contributions. You give us permission to store, process, display and export that content only as needed to provide, protect and support the service. Organizers decide what appears in the book. Anyone with a valid invitation, edit or reading link can use the permissions attached to that link; share links carefully and revoke them when needed.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material; impersonate another person; share confidential or sensitive information without permission; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with the service. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security or legal obligations.
Keep your finished files
Online hosting is time-limited. Download your finished PDF before access ends and keep a backup. We cannot recall downloaded copies or control how an organizer or recipient shares them. Deleting content can invalidate existing online versions that contain it.
Service issues and changes
We aim to provide a dependable service, but outages, failed exports and maintenance can occur. Contact support if you cannot obtain the digital book you purchased. We may update the service and these terms; changes to an existing purchased project do not restart its access period or silently replace its accepted price and capacity.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact [email protected] first so we can investigate a problem.
