Photos & finished files
Prepare a memory book PDF for your own printing: check A5 size, photo quality, captions, margins, double-sided orientation and a small test print.
To print a Team Memory Book PDF, download the finished version, check its A5 page size and test a few pages before printing the full book. Team Memory Book supplies the digital files; you arrange the paper, printer, binding and delivery.
The export is a paginated PDF, not a promise of compatibility with every commercial printer. A service that requires a separate wraparound cover, bleed or special page ordering may need preparation outside Team Memory Book. Do not pay for a full print run until the service has checked your file.
You can use your own printed pages as part of a physical keepsake, subject to the printer and binding you choose. If you want to add handwritten notes or mementos, plan that assembly separately. The product does not collect physical objects or ship a bound scrapbook.
Choose the original photo if you have it. An image saved from a chat or screenshot may look soft when enlarged. Open the preview and check faces and other small details. Team Memory Book accepts still JPEG and PNG photos up to 10 MB and 24 million pixels each; convert HEIC files before uploading.
A short caption can name the occasion or explain why the photograph belongs in the book. Do not identify people without permission or add a location that should remain private. A caption is optional when the image already says what you need.
Check wide group shots and tall portraits in the layout you choose. Make sure faces and important details are visible. If the page feels crowded, try a different layout or use fewer photos. Always check the exported PDF as well as the workspace preview.
Download the actual PDF and open it in a PDF reader. Check that page numbers, long messages and special characters look right. A dark website theme should not make the printed page dark; the book’s paper and design are separate from the app’s appearance.
The exported book uses A5 pages. Check whether your printer or print service supports that size, and ask how they want the file supplied before ordering. Print a few pages with text, a portrait and a wide photo. Check scaling, double-sided orientation, margins and binding space before printing the whole book.
Keep the final PDF somewhere you control and save a backup. Online access is limited, but a file you have downloaded remains yours to keep. Team Memory Book does not print or ship books; you choose the paper, printer, binding and delivery.
