Contributions
Create, share or replace the link for collecting messages. Keep contribution, edit and finished-book reading links separate.
Open Collect in your book and create a contribution link. Copy it and send it directly to the colleagues you want to invite. Anyone with an active link can submit without registering or paying. The form does not show other contributions or give access to organizer controls.
Creating a replacement stops the previous contribution link from working. Send the new link to anyone who still needs to contribute. Revoking the link also stops new submissions through it. Neither action removes existing contributions or revokes their separate personal edit links.
Close contributions in Collect to stop new messages and contributor edits. To reopen them, the book must still be editable and the deadline must be in the future. You can revoke an individual contributor’s edit link separately from Review.
Create a reading link for a finished version in Preview & export. It opens that saved version, rather than the contribution form. You choose whether it allows PDF downloads. Anyone with a valid reading link can use its permissions, so keep it out of public channels.
