A book costs USD 19 once. Learn when it unlocks, what repeat downloads include and how to request a refund.
The organizer pays USD 19 through Stripe. A book includes up to 50 contributors and 80 pages. Contributors never pay, and there is no subscription or automatic renewal. Start a free 30-day draft without a payment card and check the preview before purchasing.
Your book unlocks when the service confirms payment. Returning from checkout alone does not unlock it. If payment is pending, choose Refresh payment status in the workspace. Check the Orders section in Preview & export before trying to pay again.
After the first confirmed payment, you have 90 days to edit and generate updated versions, followed by seven days to download available files. Repeat downloads do not cost extra. To include later changes, save them and generate a new version while editing is open.
For a full refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first successful payment if you’re unhappy with the service. Include your organizer email and order reference. A confirmed full refund ends online editing, downloads and reading-link access. Contact support about duplicate or unrecognized payments, or a partial refund. Never email your card number, sign-in code or private book links.
