Check message length, supported photo formats and upload limits, and learn how browser drafts help if an upload fails.
Add your name, up to 100 characters, and a message of up to 8,000 characters. A short thank-you or a specific memory is enough. Photos are optional. Each contribution can include up to five photos, with captions of up to 300 characters each.
Each photo must be a still JPEG or PNG, no larger than 10 MB or 24 million pixels. Convert HEIC photos before uploading. SVG files, animated images and videos are not supported. Use photos you have permission to share.
Uploaded photos are rotated to match their orientation and saved without their original metadata. Add a caption if it helps explain the moment. Check that the preview shows the photo you intended before submitting.
Your words stay in the form. When browser storage is available, selected photos can be restored on this device for up to 24 hours. Text drafts stay in the same browser tab. Private browsing, clearing browser data or switching devices can prevent recovery. If a photo cannot be restored, select it again. A local draft is not a submitted contribution.
